Sample request will need to be done electronically using Protbase
http://www.protbase.org/. Existing users should log on using their login name and password provided by the Bioinformatics Core. New users will need to first create a profile. Please ensure to print the “Submission Page” prior to delivering the actual sample to the Proteomics Laboratories

We will let you know the approximate turn around time for analysis and we will contact you when your MS results are ready. The status of your protein identification via LC-MS/MS can also be monitored on-line through the link provided above.
