SEQUEST: All 14 e.coli samples and 3 standards were run by HPLC-MS/MS and searched using the Sequest algorithm against an e.coli database using very stringent filtering. This spreadsheet contains sheets for each of those results as well as an overview page. There is also a page where copies of the ion chromatograms are included for your information. Some data is weak (lower signal intensity), while others are strong. Overall:

• 4 of the e.coli samples did not produce identifications
• 2 of the e.coli samples were weak
• 8 of the e.coli samples produced strong identifications
